According to Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC Properties, construction of the residential Cavalli Tower is under way. In August, the company started laying foundation piles. The seventy-story skyscraper is located in Dubai Marina and will offer stunning views of Palm Jumeirah. The interior design was created in collaboration with the fashion house Roberto Cavalli.
Construction began in fall 2021. The design was authored by the architect Shaun Killa. The project’s total value is USD 545 million. The building features three types of properties – luxury, ultra luxury, and super luxury. The upper floors are reserved for premium-class properties. The work will be completed in four years.
Niall McLoughlin notes that buyers are particularly interested in this property, which is why almost all apartments in this building are already sold out. He believes that the tower will become one of Dubai’s iconic landmarks. This innovative project will satisfy even the most sophisticated owners.
